My Approach
As a compassionate and dedicated registered Counselling Psychologist, I have a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My approach focuses on the intricate relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to provide effective counseling and therapy. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Together, we work towards identifying and challenging unhelpful patterns, developing coping strategies, and fostering personal growth and resilience.
Some helpful questions to consider:
1. Are your worries/fears getting in the way of your daily commitments? (i.e work, parenting, socializaing, enjoying life.)
2. Are you tired of overthinking every decision, or interaction?
3. Are you feeling less joy from people/places/activities that you once found comfort in?
4. Are you finally ready to explore your triggers, and learn healthier ways of responding/coping/managing?
5. Is your inner critic loud, leading you to feel incompetent, lack confidence, and frequently compare yourself negatively to others?
